Description

With this box you receive TV in high definition (*) via satellite in DVB-S2/MPEG-4 standard. Enjoy an as of yet unknown image quality, which provides you with razor sharp details. At present there are various unencrypted HDTV broadcasts (German-speaking) like e.g. Das Erste HD, ZDF HD, Arte HD, Servus TV.
Naturally you also receive with this box all “normal” non-high definition programs via DVB-S (unencrypted).

HDTV in a decoded DVB-S2 standard is currently not supported by all broadcasting stations. However, there are already unencrypted HDTV programs which get broadcasted via satellite (e.g. Das Erste HD, ZDF HD, Arte HD, etc.).
Encrypted HD+ Format is not receivable by this model!
